If something isn't quite right, here's everything you need to know about returns and refunds.
1. 14-Day Return Period
We accept return requests within 14 days of receiving your order, including international orders.
If your order contains multiple items delivered separately, this period begins on the day you receive the last item.
You may request a return if you change your mind, provided the item is eligible for return.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at popmarkfrance@hotmail.com or use the withdrawal feature available on our website.
You do not need to provide a reason when exercising your statutory right of withdrawal.
2. Condition of Returned Items
You may handle the products as reasonably necessary to check their nature, characteristics, and functionality.
Where possible, items should be returned with their original accessories and packaging.
Any loss in value resulting from excessive handling may be your responsibility where permitted by law.
Missing or damaged original packaging does not automatically cancel your statutory right of withdrawal.
3. How to Return an Item
Please contact us at popmarkfrance@hotmail.com with your order number, or use the withdrawal feature available on our website.
We will provide you with return instructions and the return address.
After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you have an additional 14 days to send the items back.
Please keep your proof of postage. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, particularly for international returns.
4. Return Shipping Costs
If you change your mind, the direct cost of return shipping is your responsibility, provided this information was communicated before purchase.
This policy applies to both domestic and international orders.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not match your order, please contact us.
We will offer an appropriate solution in accordance with your statutory consumer rights, including covering return shipping costs where required by law.
5. Refunds
If you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the applicable amounts, including the original standard delivery costs where required by law.
Additional delivery charges resulting from choosing a more expensive shipping method than our least expensive standard delivery option may be excluded from the refund in accordance with applicable law.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notification.
Where permitted by law, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned items or you have provided proof of return shipment, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise, at no additional cost to you.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
6. Personalized Items
Products genuinely made to your individual specifications or clearly personalized may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by law.
Standard POPMARK products are not excluded from the right of withdrawal simply because they are handmade, made to order, or offered in different standard sizes or finishes.
Any applicable exclusion will be clearly stated before purchase.
7. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, contains a defect, or includes an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at popmarkfrance@hotmail.com.
Please include your order number and, if possible, photographs showing the issue.
We will review your request and offer an appropriate solution, such as a repair, replacement, or refund, in accordance with applicable law.
Your statutory consumer rights and legal guarantees remain fully applicable, regardless of the 14-day return period.
8. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will do our best to accommodate your request before dispatch.
This provision does not limit your statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights.
9. International Orders
Our 14-day return policy also applies to customers located outside the European Union.
Return shipping costs resulting from a change of mind are the customer's responsibility.
Applicable customs procedures must be followed. Please contact us before returning an international parcel so we can provide the appropriate instructions.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights applicable in your country of residence.
